Here at George E. Peters we believe that sports are an important avenue to help students develop a stronger bond with their peers and their school. We encourage all students to participate in sports in order to promote fitness, school spirit, physical values and good health.
Many of George E. Peters’ teams have a “no-cut” policy. The result is that more than 85 percent of the student body experiences interscholastic competition. And the vast majority of athletes participate in at least one sport.
George E. Peters’ coaches serve as role models, inspiring dedication to excellence, commitment to team, and the development of sportsmanship, on and off the field. Sports at George E. Peters helps our students to develop strong character and leadership skills on and off the field/court. George E. Peters School competes against several other Adventist and parochial schools in the area. We currently compete in soccer, basketball, and track and field.
