About G.E. Peters Adventist School

George E. Peters Adventist School is a high-performing Seventh-day Adventist institution founded in 1987 and located in Hyattsville, Maryland—just two miles north of Washington, DC. We welcome students from PreK3 through 8th grade of all races, nationalities, and religions. Our mission is to nurture students to reflect the character of Jesus Christ through comprehensive spiritual, mental, physical, and social development. We are fully accredited by the National Council of Private School Accreditation (NCPSA) and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools and we are proud to be affiliated with the National Junior Honor Society.
