Teacher – Mrs. Woodson

Sheresa Perry-Woodson, born and reared in Richmond, VA.  Received her B.A. degree in Psychology from Mary Baldwin College and her M.A degree in Special Education from Virginia State University.  Her educational career has enabled her to teach for three years in the public school as a certified special education teacher and twenty-four years in Allegheny East Conference as a middle school teacher. Sheresa enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and exercising. Her goal is to strive daily to improve as a strategic and innovative educator with a firm belief that all students do learn and can achieve mastery with a sincere focus on their individuality and level of readiness. Learning challenges are roads to success, and she is passionate about this as she builds a home-school team that will lead to ownership in learning for promoting student academic progress.   Her career focus has always been guided by the quote, “Lord, I can do anything you place before me, if only I remember you are leading and guiding me along the way.”
