Teacher – Mrs. James

Born “where land and sea make beauty” (Antigua, W.I), I moved to the U.S as a young adult. I am a proud alumna of Washington Adventist University (WAU), formerly known as Columbia Union College (CUC) where I received my initial immersion into American culture. I have been a teacher since age 18, teaching both at the elementary and secondary levels, and still feel privileged, and enjoy every opportunity to guide and impact families, especially young people. I love to travel, entertain, and enjoy outdoor gardening. I am empowered daily by the text: James 1:5, which says, “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of ‘God who giveth to all liberally and without reproach and it will be given him”, because it gives the solution to any challenge I face in life.
